    Bub and Pops is undoubtedly the best spot for sandwiches in DC--believe me, I've tried many of the spots! The star of the show is their in-house baked bread, made fresh daily, which perfectly complements their generous toppings. I've been there three weekends in a row and haven't been disappointed once. Their top tier service ensures you get more than what you pay for. I've tried the Italian, chicken cutlet, steak and cheese, Rich Boy, and chicken Parm--each one exceptional. The French onion dip is a must-have. While parking can be a bit tricky, it's manageable and well worth the visit. Can't wait to explore more of their menu!

    Had Beanie's Feta. Very fresh tasting ingredients. I think the bread could be better, but they cover it in so much cheese the overall sandwich can't not be delicious. I'm glad to have found a deli with a quality vegetarian sub that doesn't feel like an afterthought. They did not have the eggplant parm sub available when I went, but I'll be trying that next time!

    Came here on a whim after a work seminar, and was blown away by the flavor of the Italian sandwich. An exceptional take on a classic sandwich, and from a take out window nonetheless! There was a small line and a group of others waiting for their orders, but the service was quick and friendly. The staff at the window answered all my first timer questions and I decided on their most popular sandwich. I really can't recommend this sandwich spot enough! If you ever find yourself in the after you definitely have to give it a try!
